Your artwork is printed across the entire visible surface of the sling with no white borders or unprinted margins. Yes. All our replacement slings are manufactured to the exact specifications of the Chunky Chair frame, so fitting is straightforward and takes just a few minutes. If you have an older model or are unsure of compatibility, get in touch with your chair's details and we will confirm before you order.
We use high-definition digital printing that delivers sharp detail, accurate colour, and vibrant results on the flame retardant canvas. The print is full-bleed and edge-to-edge, covering the entire visible surface with no white borders. Colours are consistent across batches, so multiple slings for the same campaign will match precisely.
We accept most common file formats including PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution PNG or JPEG. For the best results, we recommend vector artwork or raster images at a minimum of 150 DPI at full print size. Our team will review your files and advise if any adjustments are needed before proofing.
The canvas is flame retardant to BS 5867 Type B and engineered to withstand UV exposure and regular outdoor use. With reasonable care, a sling will maintain its colour and structural integrity through a full season of use. For chairs in permanent outdoor positions, we recommend periodic inspection and replacement as part of a rolling maintenance plan.
Standard turnaround from design approval to dispatch is one to two weeks. If you have a tight deadline, let us know when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate a faster turnaround. We always send a digital proof first, so factor in a day or two for the approval step.
